Welcome to EventSync, a product owned and operated by Bunn Events LLC dba EventSync (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EventSync website located at www.geteventsync.com and all related products, services, and software (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use EventSync. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Accounts and Access

To access EventSync, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for individual use only. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access systems or data not intended for your use.

The Service may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to process data such as emails, planning documents, and other materials. While EventSync is designed to assist users in organizing event information efficiently, AI-generated results may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before using it in any professional or client-facing capacity.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

EventSync is offered on a subscription basis, with monthly and yearly payment options. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Prices are subject to change with notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials within the Service are the property of Bunn Events LLC dba EventSync or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to EventSync will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that EventSync will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunn Events LLC dba EventSync and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to access the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bunn Events LLC dba EventSync, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of any third-party services. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on www.geteventsync.com. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

13. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our signup forms, you consent to receive text messages from Bunn Events LLC dba EventSync. We operate two separate messaging programs, and each requires its own opt-in:

• Non-Marketing Messages: With your consent, Bunn Events LLC dba EventSync may send you non-marketing text messages about appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications.
• Marketing Messages: With your consent, Bunn Events LLC dba EventSync may send you marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, and product updates, at the phone number you provided.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of any purchase. Bunn Events LLC dba EventSync and its mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
